HELP AT THE TABLE

Help While You Sit at a Holdem Pocket Table

If a hand freezes or your seat drops mid-deal, the fix usually starts with your account, not the table. Live chat sits inside the same app you play from, and our Bangladesh support team can check a stalled buy-in, a wallet transfer that did not land, or a session that closed before the hand history saved. Keep your table ID and the hand number ready when you write in. It cuts the back-and-forth and gets you a straight answer instead of a script.

Team online

In-App Live Chat

Open live chat from the table lobby and send the hand number and table ID. Our team checks the deal record, your wallet entry and the session log, then replies in the same thread.

Wallet Transfer Check

If a bKash, Nagad or Rocket transfer has not reached your Holdem Pocket balance, send the transaction ID through chat and we will trace it against your account wallet.

Login Recovery

Locked out before a hand? Use the password reset on the login screen, then confirm the one-time code sent to your mobile number to get back to your seat.

777jil How Holdem Pocket Deals a Full Hand

How Holdem Pocket Deals a Full Hand

Holdem Pocket gives you the Texas Hold'em format without guesswork: two hole cards face down, a betting round, then the flop's three community cards, the turn, the river and a showdown. Pick your seat from cash tables with fixed blinds, six-seat tables that keep hands moving, or heads-up tables if one opponent suits you better. Every table shows blinds and the buy-in

in BDT before you sit down, so the cost is clear before you post. The button moves clockwise each hand and the small and big blind follow it. After each session the hand history stays on your account.

  • Six-seat short-handed tables
  • Heads-up tables
  • Hand history on your account
HOW WE RUN TABLES

How We Run Holdem Pocket Tables

Holdem Pocket is dealt by our card engine rather than a live dealer, and every shuffle is logged hand by hand so a settled result can be replayed from your history. Table terms sit on the screen before you post a blind: blinds, buy-in and showdown order. Nothing is buried in a submenu. Return figures appear only where a table or its provider publishes them, and we show exactly what is given. If blinds change, the new level shows before the next deal, never after your chips are already in.

Recorded Shuffle Every Holdem Pocket deal is shuffled and stored by our card engine, so any hand you have played can be pulled back from your history and checked street by street.
Rules On Screen Blinds, buy-in and showdown order are printed on the table screen. You see the cost of a seat before you post, and any change appears before the next deal.
Wallet In Your Name Your table balance sits in the same account wallet you fund with bKash, Nagad or Rocket. Withdrawals return to the wallet that funded the account once verification is done.
Return Figures As Given We do not publish invented percentages. Where a Holdem Pocket table or its provider exposes a return figure, we display it on the table screen and leave out what is not provided.

Holdem Pocket Terms Worth Knowing

Poker carries a short vocabulary and it arrives fast once the cards are out. These are the words printed on a Holdem Pocket table screen and inside your hand history, written the way we use them in the room. Nothing here changes how a hand is dealt. It simply names what you are already watching.

What are pocket cards?

The two cards dealt face down to you alone. Every other card on the table is shared, which is why a pocket pair or suited connectors shape how you play the hand.

What is the flop?

The first three community cards dealt together after the opening betting round. Everyone still in the hand shares them, and they set the shape of your draw.

What does big blind mean?

A forced bet posted by the player two seats left of the button. It sets the minimum raise and rotates one seat each hand so nobody pays it twice running.

What is a heads-up table?

A table with one opponent only. You post blinds every hand and act first from the button, so the pace is quicker and starting-hand choices matter far more.

What is the showdown?

The final reveal after the river betting round, when remaining hands are compared. The stronger five-card hand takes the pot, and identical hands split it between players.

What is a buy-in?

The amount you bring to a seat before the first hand is dealt. At Holdem Pocket it is shown in BDT on the table screen so the cost is clear up front.

Questions About Holdem Pocket Seats

What people ask us most about Holdem Pocket comes down to seats, stakes and how a session ends. Here is how the room behaves from the moment you pick a table to the moment you stand up. Players in Dhaka often open the room in a phone browser; the same account wallet works on desktop at home.

Fund your account wallet with bKash, Nagad or Rocket, open the Holdem Pocket room, pick a table by stake and seat type, then take the empty seat and post the big blind when it reaches you.

Yes. The room runs in the mobile browser and inside our app, and the table resizes to portrait. Your hole cards stay at the bottom of the screen while the board fills above them.

Our Holdem Pocket tables are dealt by the card engine, not by a person. For a human dealer, our live casino carries separate baccarat, roulette and blackjack tables away from the poker room.

Table games such as Blackjack Double Down Bangladesh and Roulette Express, crash rounds like Crash Rocket, and cricket markets on the sportsbook covering BPL fixtures and international matches.

Stand up between hands and the remaining balance returns to your account wallet. You can step away for a bKash transfer and rejoin the room whenever a seat at that level is open.

Blinds at a table stay fixed for the session. If a table level is retired or reset, the new figure is displayed on the table screen before the next hand is dealt.
